Dit besloot de Directeur Duurzaamheid van het Ministerie van Infrastructuur & Milieu onlangs met de toewijzing van de End-of-Waste status.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"db-button-go-back\" href=\"#\" onclick=\"history.go(-1);return false;\">Terug<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_column_1 et_pb_column et_pb_column_1_3 et-last-child et_block_column et_pb_column_empty et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_row_1 et_pb_row et_block_row\"><div class=\"et_pb_column_2 et_pb_column et_pb_column_4_4 et-last-child et_block_column et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_1 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_block_module datum-block\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><span class=\"db_date_post\">26 juni, 2017<\/span>\n\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_row_2 et_pb_row et_block_row\"><div class=\"et_pb_column_3 et_pb_column et_pb_column_2_3 et_block_column et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_2 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_block_module db-content-vervolg\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p>Na zeven \u00e0 acht keer recyclen zijn papiervezels niet meer geschikt voor hergebruik. De <a href=\"https:\/\/avr.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/avr-poster-tci-030316-1.pdf\">thermische conversie-installatie<\/a> (TCI) van AVR in Duiven verwerkt deze te korte papiervezels, waar jaarlijks 40.000 ton TopCrete\u00ae van wordt gemaakt. Door de toepassing van TopCrete is er minder productie van bouwkalk of cement nodig. Een concreet voorbeeld van hoe AVR de papiercyclus sluit en opnieuw grondstoffen produceert.<\/p>\n<p>Nederland behandelt afval binnen een strikt juridisch administratief kader. Dus voor meer \u2018circulaire economie\u2019 moet afval tevens op juridisch en administratief vlak weer een grondstof, hulpstof of product worden. Rijkswaterstaat co\u00f6rdineert hierom een \u2018eindeafval\u2019-traject voor het ministerie van Infrastructuur & Milieu, waarbij tevens het RIVM is betrokken. Dankzij onze procesbeheersing en -borging doorliep AVR in samenwerking met van Gansewinkel Minerals het traject voor TopCrete\u00ae succesvol.<\/p>\n<p>TopCrete\u00ae  wordt al verschillende jaren toegepast als bindmiddel: als kalkhoudend bindmiddel in de grond- en wegenbouw, maar ook als cement vervangend bindmiddel in de bouw. Vanwege de corrosie werende eigenschappen kan het ook worden ingezet als corrosiepreventiemiddel bij rookgasreiniging.
