Residual waste comes in many types and forms. Including as a liquid. Many chemical production processes result in highly contaminated water. As this waste water is not suitable for processing in a biological water treatment plant, thermal processing is a good alternative solution.
We can process this waste water thermally in our four Vortex furnaces that between them can handle 325,000 tons per year. Whenever possible we use support fuels, which are released as waste by the process industry, for the incineration process. We also recover scarce metals, such as molybdenum, which the chemical industry can reuse as catalytic converters. Last but not least during the thermal processing of waste water we produce heat for homes and businesses.
