AVR Annual report 2025: Progress in motion

For AVR, 2025 was a year of investment - in our facilities, in innovation, and in our people. Following an intensive recovery period, all incineration lines are now back in operation, and we continue to strengthen a stable and efficient performance.
At the same time, we are taking important steps towards the future, including the introduction of new turbines, further developments in post-separation, and preparations for our CO2 capture projects.

Investing in today, building for tomorrow

In this renewed annual report, we look back on the past year. Through six short interviews, our colleagues share their perspectives on key themes such as safety, daily operations, innovation, customer confidence, our working environment, and good employment practices. In doing so, we highlight where we stand today and how we are moving forward.

We would like to thank everyone who was connected to AVR in 2025. Our employees for their continued commitment and dedication, and our customers and partners for their trust and valued collaboration. Together, we continue to build a sustainable and future-proof organisation.
