AVR is publishing its Annual Report 2022, with the title Transformation – a Learning Process. As a company, we learn from our employees, from our contact with clients and suppliers and also from societal and geopolitical developments. The war in Ukraine, the shortages in the employment market, rising inflation and scarcity of materials and excipients are just some examples.
We look back on a turbulent year with the necessary challenges, but we are happy with our financial results and the positive contribution to our society and circular economy. Our premise is always to make full and worthwhile use of the rest of the residue. In a society that is subject to many changes, AVR must have a flexible attitude. Only then will we continue to be a healthy, sustainable future-proof company.
